It all starts with you thinking
that you’re not good with changes. And then your whole world has transformed.
You're stuck. The future's staring you in the face. And you're not sure you like what you see. You realize the ground beneath you has shifted, that things are uncertain. The world around you is different now. Unrecognizable. And there's nothing you can do about it. But the body can be stubborn when it comes to accepting change. The mind holds out hope that the body can be whole again and fights for that hope, tooth and nail. And then, finally, your head realizes it. There's no turning back. It understands its new reality and accepts that what is gone is gone forever.
Sometimes the changes are forced on us, sometimes they happen by accident, and we make the most of them. We have to constantly come up with new ways to fix ourselves. We have to keep reinventing ourselves almost every minute because the world can change in an instant, and there's no time for looking back.

So we change, we adapt, we
create new versions of ourselves.
But like I said, I'm not big
into change.
